Fairfields Farm Crisps Parsnip Crisps with Essex Honey & Black Pepper

Here at Fairfields Farm we love a good spud, but are partial to the odd parsnip now and again. Sunday lunchtime they go down a real treat. So, pan fry them, add some real Essex honey, sprinkle a little black pepper to taste and whalah, everyday can be Sunday.
